Legal Documents & Policies
Understand our terms of service, privacy commitments, and the guidelines that ensure a secure and transparent relationship between you and our AI-powered services
Terms of Service
1. Introduction and General Information
Welcome to Callient Tech Limited (“Callient,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our website, available at www.callient.net, as well as our software platform, accessible via app.callient.net (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, form the binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Callient and establish the legal basis for your use of our Services. The Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and store your personal data when you interact with the platform.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement is more than a legal formality—it outlines, with full transparency, the mutual rights, obligations, and expectations between you and Callient.
If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, or if you are unwilling or unable to comply, you must refrain from using our Services. However, should you encounter any uncertainty or difficulties prior to use, we strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected]. We are committed to working with you to address concerns and provide helpful resolutions.
These Terms apply to all individuals who access or use the Callient platform, including but not limited to unregistered visitors, registered account holders, and third-party service providers. All such individuals are collectively referred to as “Users,” and are subject to the rules and obligations set forth herein.
At Callient Tech Limited, we are committed to delivering a transparent, secure, and user-centric digital environment in full alignment with applicable legal and ethical standards. We thank you for using our services responsibly and with awareness.
2. Communications and Communication Preferences
By creating a user account on the Callient platform, you expressly consent to receiving electronic communications from Callient. These communications may include, but are not limited to, service announcements, user notifications, technical updates, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
The purpose of these communications is to enhance your user experience, keep you informed about important updates, and deliver tailored content relevant to your usage of our platform. However, you reserve the right to opt out of receiving such messages at any time.
Each email you receive from us will include a link allowing you to manage your communication preferences or unsubscribe entirely from our mailing lists. Alternatively, you may opt out by contacting us directly at [email protected] and submitting your request regarding communication preferences.
Please note that these preferences apply solely to marketing and promotional messages. Essential communications related to account security, billing issues, legal notices, or changes to the Terms of Service will continue to be sent even if you have opted out of promotional correspondence.
Callient is committed to respecting the communication preferences and privacy sensitivities of its users. All communications issued by us are structured in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications regulations.
3. Nature of AI-Generated Content and Information Reliability
The services provided by Callient Tech Limited are fundamentally powered by advanced artificial intelligence technologies operating on large language models. These models have been trained on extensive datasets derived from various sources and languages, and they generate content based on user interactions. However, due to the statistical and predictive nature of such systems, they may occasionally produce outputs referred to as “hallucinations” — that is, content which may not precisely align with reality, could be misleading, or may raise questions regarding its factual accuracy.
Such occurrences may result from limitations in the training datasets (such as the absence of information beyond 2021), misinterpretation of context, or inherent biases in the algorithm. While Callient is committed to continuously improving the accuracy and reliability of its systems, it does not, and cannot, guarantee the factual correctness of every AI-generated response.
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that the content generated by Callient’s AI systems is not final, definitive, error-free, or independently verified. Under no circumstances should such content be interpreted or relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or any other form of professional advice. Any decision made based on such content — and the potential outcomes thereof — remains solely your responsibility, and you are encouraged to seek expert advice when necessary.
Callient Tech Limited shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any harm, loss, misinformation, or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the use or reliance on AI-generated content. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and must be used with appropriate discretion and critical assessment.
4. Purchase Transactions and Payment Terms
If you wish to purchase any digital product or service offered through the platform provided by Callient Tech Limited ("Purchase"), you will be required to provide certain personal and payment information in order to complete the transaction. This may include, but is not limited to: a valid credit card number, card expiration date, billing address, contact information, and (if applicable) physical delivery details.
By initiating a Purchase, you expressly represent and warrant that:
• (i) You are the lawful holder of the credit card, bank card, or other payment method being used, or are duly authorized to use such method on behalf of the rightful owner;
• (ii) All payment and billing information submitted to Callient is accurate, complete, and current.
Callient reserves the right to collaborate with licensed third-party payment processors to ensure that payment transactions are conducted securely and without disruption. In this context, any payment information you provide may be shared solely for processing purposes with these providers, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Such information will not be stored, used, or processed for commercial or advertising purposes under any circumstances.
Callient Tech Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, suspend, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Mispricing or incorrect description of a product or service due to technical errors;
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of purchased content due to technical issues;
• Technical malfunction or error during the purchase process;
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious information submitted by the user;
• Suspected fraud, forgery, unauthorized use, or illegal activity.
In such cases, Callient may cancel the transaction outright or temporarily suspend it while requesting additional verification, entirely at its discretion.
By completing a purchase through the platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms and conditions outlined above.
5. Subscription System and Billing Principles
Certain services provided by Callient are offered on a subscription basis, and users are charged at regular intervals to maintain access to these services ("Subscription" or "Subscriptions"). These subscriptions are structured into billing cycles ("Billing Cycle") that may be monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected by the user.
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree that the applicable fee will be automatically charged to the payment method you previously provided at the beginning of each billing cycle. These charges will recur under the same terms unless otherwise stated or unless you explicitly cancel your subscription.
Subscription Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or it is terminated by Callient. The renewal will occur under the same terms previously agreed upon. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may do so by accessing your account settings through the Callient platform or by contacting our support team.
Payment Methods and Billing Information
To ensure that the subscription system operates accurately and without interruption, you are required to provide a valid payment method. This may include a credit card, PayPal, or other supported payment infrastructures. When completing your subscription, you must provide the following information in full and up to date:
• Your full name
• Billing address (including country, city, and postal code)
• Phone number and email address
• A valid payment instrument (e.g., credit card number and expiration date)
By submitting this information, you grant Callient explicit consent to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees to the linked payment instrument at the scheduled intervals.
Failure of Automatic Billing
If automatic billing fails for any reason (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), Callient will notify you via email and issue an invoice for manual payment. You will then be required to settle the payment by the specified due date. Failure to make payment may result in your subscription being suspended or terminated.
Callient takes all necessary technical and operational measures to ensure the subscription system remains user-friendly and uninterrupted. However, as a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of your account and billing information.
6. Changes to Subscription Fees
Callient Tech Limited reserves the right to revise subscription fees for any of its plans at any time, at its sole discretion. Such revisions may occur due to updates in service policies, fluctuations in operational costs, changing economic conditions, or modifications in the scope of products and services provided. These fee changes will take effect as of the specified effective date and will apply upon the conclusion of your current Billing Cycle.
In the event of a fee adjustment, Callient commits to notifying users within a reasonable timeframe before the new pricing comes into effect. This notification will be delivered either through the registered email address associated with your account or via in-platform system messages. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email and contact information are accurate and kept up to date.
As a user, you retain the right to cancel your subscription after being informed of a change in the fee structure. Should you choose to do so, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, and no charges will be applied for the subsequent period.
If you continue to use the Callient platform after the new pricing takes effect, it will be deemed that you have explicitly and implicitly accepted the updated subscription terms.
Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to monitor any notifications regarding pricing changes and to take appropriate action—whether to continue or cancel your subscription—within a timely manner.
7. Refund Policy
All digital services and subscription plans offered through the Callient Tech Limited platform are, by their nature, excluded from the scope of refund eligibility. Once a user completes a subscription purchase, any dissatisfaction expressed afterwards shall not constitute grounds for a refund. This approach is based on the principle that digital services, once made available, consist of non-returnable content.
The subscription plans, their content, and usage terms offered on the Callient platform are made available transparently and in advance for users to review. Therefore, it is solely the user's responsibility to inform themselves, assess the features, and make an informed decision before using the service.
Unless otherwise stated, each subscription is automatically renewed, and the fee for the upcoming billing period is charged to the registered payment method at the beginning of the new cycle. If the user does not cancel their subscription, they are not entitled to any refund for the renewed service.
Subscription Cancellation
Users have the right to cancel their active subscription on the Callient platform at any time. However, such cancellation will only apply to the next billing period. No full or partial refund will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing cycle; access to the service will continue until the end of the period and then terminate automatically.
To cancel your subscription, you may follow the “Cancel Subscription” steps in the Plan Settings section of your user panel. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact our support team via [email protected].
At Callient Tech Limited, providing a fair, transparent, and predictable refund policy is one of our core principles. This policy is founded on the understanding that, due to the digital nature of our services, access is granted instantly and the service is considered consumed from that moment, making refunds technically unfeasible.
8. User Content, Liability Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy
Callient Tech Limited’s platform allows users to create, upload, share, store, and make available various types of digital content — including but not limited to text, images, audio recordings, links, videos, or similar materials (“Content”). However, this functionality does not imply that Callient bears any prior review obligation or accepts responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, or consequences of such content.
Callient shall not, under any circumstances, be held directly or indirectly liable for any content uploaded, shared with third parties, or generated via the platform by users.

- (ii) The content does not infringe on any person’s or entity’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal entitlements.
If a violation of the above is detected, Callient reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the related user account.
Although the ownership of content remains with the user, by uploading it to the platform, you grant Callient a global, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to process, publish, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and make the content technically accessible on the system. This license also includes the right to display the content to other users of Callient services.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the applicable and binding jurisdiction is the United Kingdom, specifically the jurisdiction in which Callient Tech Limited is established, regardless of the user's own location.
Callient’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire and final agreement between the user and Callient with respect to the Services, replacing all prior written and spoken commitments.

No waiver shall be effective unless it is in writing and expressly signed by an authorized representative of Callient. A one-time waiver shall not constitute a precedent or waiver for any other instance, whether similar or different in nature.
